How Invisalign® works
The Invisalign System consists of a series of custom-made aligners created exclusively for you. These smooth, clear & virtually invisible clear aligner trays are made of medical grade (BPA-free) thermoplastic polymers that you wear over your teeth. Dr. Getman or Dr. Hoffman will develop a detailed plan of tooth movement that will be built into the series of aligners.
Invisalign will gently shift your teeth into place as you transition through your custom series of aligners. Simply switch to a new set of aligners every 7 – 14 days until your treatment is complete. You can get straight teeth and transform your smile without traditional braces, and most people won’t even know you are wearing the aligners!
